Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes items that have been made to measure or customised, as they are not able to be added back into general stock. Anything I can easily resell I will happily take back and return to stock.
To complete your return, please contact us to let us know what the issue is, and ensure your return has your order number ( If applicable ).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amy@heninahedge.co.uk and let us know.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective, in which case we will , of course, return the cost of your shipping.
